Tryon Family Dentistry is thrilled to offer our patients dental implant care. Dr. David Krishingner has completed years of advanced implant training and is credentialed with associate, fellowship, master, and diplomat level certification and training through the International Dental Implant Association. We never want to have the need to extract teeth.  However, when the need arises, it is comforting to know your dentist at Tryon Family Dentistry can usually complete your extractions for you.  We even treat patients who need impacted wisdom teeth extractions. Our doctors have extensive training and experience with surgical extractions of all types.

We can draw your blood and centrifuge the tubes of blood to create your own biological membrane dressings to aid healing from your dental surgeries. These products we create for you from your own blood are a safe and effective way to increase our success and your comfort.

When a patient needs and extraction or has a missing tooth, the best way to replace the missing tooth is often with a single implant. We can usually place the implant at the same time we extract your tooth.  Sometimes we need to graft bone into the extraction site and wait for healing to place the implant into healthy bone.  We can resolve most of your needs for single tooth implants right here at our office.

When multiple teeth must be extracted or have been missing, we can usually place enough supporting dental implants to replace your missing teeth with strong and functional restorations you do not have to take in and out.

Sometimes we need to replace multiple missing teeth or the entire arch of missing teeth. When the bone will not support enough dental implants to support teeth you can keep in or if you need a more affordable treatment option, we can provide implant supported overdentures to help stabilize and hold your dentures in place.  You will need to take out these restorations and clean them when you go to bed, but you can leave them in all day long and have a beautiful, comfortable, and functional restoration.
